Beyond moral categorization, the theory further classifies humans into five distinct intellectual and behavioral classes:
1. The Wise but Not Intelligent

- Weakness: Their lack of conventional intelligence may hinder their ability to analyze complex problems or engage in tasks requiring high cognitive abilities.

Research about Buea by Azieh Godwill
Buea, located in the Southwest region of Cameroon, is known as the academic capital of Cameroon, with a high concentration of universities, research institutions, and other academic centers. As such, research is an essential part of the academic and intellectual community in Buea.
Research in Buea covers a broad range of topics, including health, education, agriculture, technology, and social sciences. The University of Buea, one of the leading universities in Cameroon, is home to various research centers and institutes, including the Buea Research Institute for Health Sciences (BRIHS), the Center for Research on Microfinance and Development (CMRD), and the Center for Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, and Innovation (CESI).
Other institutions in Buea that engage in research include the Cameroon Institute for Medical Research (CIMR), the Buea Agricultural Research Center (BARC), and the Cameroon Academy of Sciences. These institutions conduct research on a wide range of issues, such as infectious diseases, climate change, food security, and economic development.

Digitalization has become a buzzword in the global business world, and Cameroon is no exception. Douala, the economic capital of Cameroon, has experienced significant growth in the adoption of digital technologies in recent years. This research study aims to explore the impact of digitalization on businesses in Douala.
Methodology
The study conducted a survey of 100 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Douala using a questionnaire. The questionnaire was designed to collect data on the extent of digitalization, the challenges faced, and the benefits derived from digitalization. The study also conducted interviews with key stakeholders in the digitalization ecosystem in Douala.
Results
The study found that 75% of the SMEs surveyed had adopted digital technologies in one form or another. The most common forms of digitalization were the use of social media for marketing and online payment systems. The study also found that the main challenge faced by SMEs in Douala was the lack of access to affordable and reliable internet connectivity. Other challenges included the high cost of digital technologies and the lack of skilled personnel to manage digital systems.
Despite these challenges, the study found that digitalization had brought significant benefits to SMEs in Douala. The most significant benefit was increased efficiency, with 80% of SMEs reporting that digitalization had reduced the time and cost of doing business. Other benefits included increased sales, improved customer engagement, and access to new markets.
Conclusion
The study concludes that digitalization has had a positive impact on SMEs in Douala. However, there is a need for more investment in digital infrastructure and skills development to enable more SMEs to take advantage of digital technologies. Policymakers need to prioritize digitalization in their development plans to ensure that Cameroon remains competitive in the digital age.
